The Driver Provider, a privately-held, purveyor of chauffeured transportation services, with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming is seeking an aggressive, highly motivated Sales Manager.

Our target consumers are corporate travel managers, event planners, conference service professionals, and any buyer of bulk or contract transportation services such as schools or government institutions.  We are looking for high energy and passionate people who want to grow with us.

Compensation is draw vs. commission, with quarterly payouts. 


Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies for the Arizona market, primarily Phoenix and Tucson.  The position will require competency in both "inside" and "outside" sales techniques.


  • Prospect, develop and maintain new and existing accounts who require chauffeured transportation service.
  • Develop sales and promotions plans, literature and proposals for clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients by identifying clients' specific needs and developing customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Utilization of tracking reports regarding pending deals, forecasts, advertiser, contact and prospect lists.
  • Works with internal departments to manage account stewardship through process.
  • Attend Sales meetings, training sessions and client remote meetings.


  • Relationship builder with an engaging and energetic personality and desire to contribute to the team and win.
  • Goal driven and self-motivated individual that challenges self to exceed targets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or travel-related industries.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong marketing, presentation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work in Phoenix, Arizona with travel to other Driver Provider locations as needed.
  • Must be able to travel within the US for trade shows, seminars, or client meetings as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and insurance.
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 23 years or older.
